Job Title: Telecaller Location: Coimbatore – Gandhipuram Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience Qualification: Any Degree Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospects. Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers. Update call records and share daily reports with the team. Follow-up on leads to ensure proper conversion. Skills & Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam is a must. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, call recording tools). Strong listening and persuasion skills.
