Job description
Job Title: Shearing Machine Operator š Location: Manapparai, Trichy š° Salary: ā¹15,000 ā ā¹26,000 š Shift: Rotational Shift š· Experience: 1ā2 Years š Qualification: ITI / Any Trade (Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Operate shearing machine for cutting metal sheets as per production plan Set blade gap, cutting length, and angle accurately Load and align metal sheets properly Ensure correct sheet size and cut quality Inspect finished parts for dimensions and surface finish Perform basic machine maintenance and blade cleaning Report any machine issues or breakdowns to supervisor Follow safety norms and maintain workplace cleanliness Required Skills: Shearing machine operation knowledge Ability to read drawings and dimensions Knowledge of metal sheet types (MS/SS/Aluminum) Understanding of tolerances and cutting quality Basic maintenance skills Ability to work in rotational shifts Benefits: ESI,PF š Contact: 63824 59422
