Job description

Understanding manpower requirements from clients and hiring managers. Creating and posting job openings on job portals and social media. Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels. Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates. Conducting initial HR/telephonic interviews. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients. Following up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process. Handling salary negotiation and discussing employment terms. Collecting required candidate documents for verification and onboarding.
